Steps To Access Our Medical Services :

• We requires the patient to provide a recent medical report, including the nature of illness, local doctor’s opinion, medical history, and diagnosis, and may request additional information with all supplementary investigations. In case you do not have full investigations you will be   requested to do it as soon as you arrive to Egypt
• The patient has to send this file for preliminary average cost for services needed
• You need to know whether your case is going to be covered as inpatient out patient, so hence in case of outpatient we advise you to lodge in a nearby hotel
• In case you have accompany people (more than one) you should book a hotel or we could recommend  furnished flat rental for long term stay

• In case you have decided to be admitted to our hospital you need to send a deposit through our bank account
• You should apply for a medical visa upon request and after sending a deposit, we can send     a medical report recommendation letters for a medical visa, to be procured from the embassy
• Any disabilities, handicaps or need for an ambulance need to be mentioned as to arrange for airport pick-up and transfer to the hospital
